There is no cancellation charge, but we ask that you let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel. Because we are small, every boarding slot counts, so we would like to have enough time to fill an unexpected vacancy.

Dogs that are aggressive towards us will not work in our kennel environment. Because we are located in a residential area, we are also very sensitive regarding our neighbors' need for a reasonable amount of peace and quiet. Dogs that bark continuously and do not respond to the best efforts of "The Dog Whisperer" will not be invited to return to Butler Kennels.
